1/4 cup Parsley
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1/2 Stick of Butter
6-8 Pieces Raw Bacon, Cut
1/2 cup White Wine
1 lbs. Spaghetti
Spaghetti Carbonara Directions
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, parsley, cheese and pepper and set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, cook onion and butter for a couple minutes, add bacon and wine. Cook until wine is cooked off and bacon is done.
- Boil spaghetti noodles in a large pot.
- Mix everything in a large bowl, microwave for 1 minute to ensure eggs are cooked.
