Reusable Appliances
If your appliance still in working condition, you have even more choices!
A great place to start is finding a local community organization that may be in need. Some ogranizations, like Habitat for Humanity, may be able to give you a tax deduction slip.
In need of a little extra cash to cover the new appliance? Post your item on Craigs List or eBay. You may find a local willing to pay a decent penny to take it off your hands. If you don’t have the time or capacity to move it yourself, reduce the price a bit and ask for the buyer to pick it up.
