Ingredients
Juice of 3 Limes, Divided
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Honey
4 6oz. Skin on Salmon Filets
1 1/2 cup Chopped Pineapple
1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Grilled Salmon Directions
- Make honey-lime glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together juice of 2 limes. olive oil and honey
- Make pineapple salsa: In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, onion, the juice from 1 lime, cilantro and season with salt and pepper
- Heat grill to 450˚. Add salmon, brushing generously with honey-lime glaze. Cook until done, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Top salmon with salsa and serve immediately.
