1 lbs. Roast Beef
10 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 White Onion
1 Green Pepper
4 Hoagie Buns
- Cook roast beef over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce as you go.
- Shred roast beef in to small pieces. Add diced onions, peppers and more Worcestershire and cook until vegetables are done.
- Cut hoagie buns in half and add mozzarella cheese to each side. Bake in oven at 250˚ for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Mix mozzarella cheese to you roast beef and vegetables until ingredients are bound together with melted cheese.
- Assemble your sandwich.
