1 lbs. Ground Turkey
4 10 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
3 15 oz. Cans Kidney Beans
1 Small Diced White Onion
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
5-Ingredient Chili Directions
- In a large pot, cook turkey over medium heat until browned, stirring frequently. Drain excess grease.
- Combine tomatoes, beans, onion and chili powderr to browned turkey. Add more chili powder if desired. Reduce to a simmer and stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice, mac noodles, as it is or with sour cream and cheese.
