Factory Builder Stores – San Antonio: Alteza Project

Factory Builder Stores is the proud supplier of the kitchen appliances for the Alteza at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Antonio, TX.

The Alteza project by Faulkner USA Construction Company has been a long time to completion with Factory Builder Stores originally bidding the project in mid-2005.

In 2006, Factory Builder Stores furnished appliances for the Alteza Sales Center in the Tower Life Building which will be moved in the next month to the 25th floor of the Alteza Tower.

Factory Builder Stores crews are beginning installation in the units on the 25th floor in October, 2009 with expected completion date of the project being March 2010.

In total, the Alteza includes 141 condo units and 6 penthouses, all of which will include Sub Zero refrigerators. The condominiums will be furnished with Bosch appliances with the penthouses featuring Thermador pro series appliances.

As the most well-known and respected supplier of high end appliances, Factory Builder Stores was able to offer both the selection and support for appliances including Sub Zero, Bosch and Thermador that will be used in the Alteza at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
