1 lbs. Lump Crab Meat
1 Jalapeno, Seeded & Diced
1/2 Small Red Pepper, Finely Diced
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon Mustard
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Crab Seasoning
Tartar Sauce, for Dipping
Crab Cake Directions
- Empty the crab in to a large bowl. Add jalapeno, red pepper, grey poupon mustard, mayonnaise, crab seasoning, and a dash of hot sauce.
- Gently mix and add bread crumbs to keep the mixture together.
- Form in to patties and coat each side in bread crumbs.
- Fry in an oiled pan over medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
