Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove – The Quality of a Subzero Kitchen
The Sub-Zero Freezer Company started in 1945 and has offered quality, American-made refrigerators and freezers ever since. Along the way they merged with Wolf to extend their offerings in cooking and in 2018 they developed Cove, a luxury dishwashing brand. Throughout the years, Sub-Zero Wolf has built a legendary reputation and has allowed customers to fulfill their highest aspirations in both function and design.

Built-In Refrigeration
Sub-Zero pioneered the concept of built-in refrigeration. These refrigerators are as deep as your cabinets so you get a seamless look with their flush installation. Their side-by-side design allows for two compressors which keeps your food fresher, for longer. Sub-Zero’s built-in refrigerators come in a stainless finish or can receive a panel for a custom finish.
Integrated Refrigerator
Sub-Zero perfected the integrated refrigerator, where the unit has no visible hinges or grilles. This makes it possible for your refrigeration to be indistinguishable from other cabinets and drawers in your kitchen. Their integrated refrigeration has the same quality expected from Sub-Zero and comes in over 30 sizes and configurations.

Pro 48” Refrigeration
The PRO 48 is an 800-pound design statement as well as a monument to food preservation. The freezer is on the left and refrigerator on the right with plenty of refrigerated storage drawers for easy access. Sub-Zero’s PRO 48 features triple evaporators for ultimate freshness for every food type.
Wolf cooking appliances are much more than just red knobs. Wolf is a true commercial product that meets the standards of a professional chef, and they put the same detail in to designing their home appliance line. Their suite consists of anything you’d want in the kitchen, but we’ll highlight our favorites:
Wolf Ranges
Wolf gas, dual fuel and induction ranges are unmistakable heirs of the cooking instruments that have been the choice of professionals for eight decades – and are now the favorite of home cooks. Dual-stacked gas burners or induction zones provide precise control from high end to low, while Wolf’s famed dual convection oven delivers consistently delicious cooking results.

Wolf Module Cooktops
Although Wolf offers traditional gas, electric and induction cooktops we’ve seen more and more manufactures offer module cooktops which allow home cooks to choose what they want in their kitchen. Wolf’s selection of module cooktops is one of the best. You can choose between electric, gas and induction burners, as well as a fryer, grill, steamer and teppanyaki module. You can mix and match the modules to create a truly unique cooking experience.
Wolf Ovens
Wolf ovens come in the L Series, E Series or M Series and within each series you can choose from a handful of styles. The bottom line is to choose which features mean the most to you and select the oven that’s right for you. For example, Wolf’s L Series has one of the only 36” ovens available of the market and the M Series has Gourmet mode¾ which helps you perfectly cook meals. Wolf also has a convection steam oven, which is a healthy option to prepare vegetables and meats. It’s also a great alternative way to heat up leftovers.

From the pioneers of Sub-Zero Wolf, comes Cove dishwashing. Cove appliances are engineered to adapt to the dishes you clean most and have modes to ensure spotless results and near- silent operation. Cove dishwashers are made to match your kitchen, they can be fitted with a custom panel to blend in or a stainless panel with your choice of handle to stand out.
