1 lbs. Shrimp, deveined
1 lbs. Red Potatoes, halved & quartered
4 Andouille Sausages, sliced
3 Ears of Corn, broken in to thirds
1 Can of Beer
Old Bay Seasoning

Backyard Shrimp Boil Directions
- Add potatoes to perforated pan. Liberally season with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Place in steam oven above a tray filled with beer. Steam for 8 minutes.
- Add sausage to perforated pan and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Steam for 4 minutes.
- Add corn to perforated pan and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Steam for 4 minutes.
- Add shrimp to perforated pan and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Steam for 4 minutes or until done.
